Village Life’s partnership with the UC chapter of EWB provides Tanzanians with safe buildings and clean water, while exposing engineering students to life changing opportunities that many students never have the chance to experience. Along with this experience, these students are also able to use their work with Engineers Without Borders as course credit.

Village Life trusts Joseph Kamande with Just Connections for safe, secure, and reliable transportation for our travelers. They worked with us to organize our first brigade, and have helped us reach where we are today!

Shirati Health, Education, and Development (SHED) Foundation

Shirati Health, Education, and Development (SHED) Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in 2006 and the partner organization to Village Life on-ground in Tanzania. The mission of the Shirati Health, Education, and Development (SHED) Foundation is to “strive to improve medical and public health, primary and health education, and community development in underserved Tanzanian communities.”

UC Health is a Level 1 trauma center located in Cincinnati, OH. UC Health has been a significant partner to Village Life not only financially, but also by allowing various providers, nurses, and other staff to travel with Village Life to help provide expertise, resources, and healthcare to the people in the Rorya district.

University of Oregon

University of Oregon is the No. 1 public university in Oregon, long serving as an agent of change and innovation. The University of Oregon has provided expertise to Village Life, especially in the design and implementation of the Roche Health Center.
